Pozzi Ravioli



Everyone love a good ravioli, amiright?  Sometimes just throwing a bunch of stuff in a pan is the best way to go. Sauté everything as you see fit and then grub. 


Pozzi Ravioli
1 red pepper
1/3 onion
1 1/2 cup mushrooms
4 Roma tomatoes
1/4 pound prosciutto
1 lemon
A handful of fresh basil
1 can of artichoke hearts
4 garlic cloves
4 springs of oregano
 1 bag of cheese filled ravioli
